Additionally, we provide tailored contracts and offer continuous support throughout the duration of the agreement. Presently, our standard processing time is approximately 12 weeks; however, should you desire expedited service, a fast track option is available for purchase in conjunction with your selected package.
All of our fees incorporate a non-refundable administration fee of $500, which is included in the selected package. Once the agency initiates work on your placement, a full refund cannot be requested. You will be eligible for a refund, less the $500 administrative fee prior to hosting your first au pair. Strictly no refunds are given after your Au Pair has arrived. This administrative fee also pertains to host families that cancel prior to the 12-week lead time. We kindly advise against purchasing a package if you anticipate potential changes in your circumstances and are unwilling to accept this administrative fee.
Once your Au Pair has arrived and successfully completed their 2 week trial a refund is no longer possible. You are entitled to replacement Au Pair's only.

This letter serves as an initial introduction to your family and holds significant importance in our meticulous recruitment process. It offers the optimal platform to present your family's unique qualities and to convey to potential Au Pairs the reasons why they should consider becoming a part of your household. We kindly request that you provide this letter before we can initiate the shortlisting process. If you require any assistance in composing this letter, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email, and we will be happy to provide you with a template. We reserve the right to not process a refund if requested if this step is not followed.
Kindly be advised that your designated Au Pair may seek reimbursement for travel expenses of up to $250 for their journey to your residence. This provision applies to both regional and metropolitan placements. In the event that the Au Pair does not fulfill the contracted duration of stay, families retain the prerogative to deduct a portion of the weekly remuneration to offset this allowance. In cases where the Au Pair terminates the contract within the initial two weeks, the full amount is to be refunded to the family. This includes families who travel long distances to collect their au pair and would like to offset the cost of travel.

Placement fee for an Au Pair with at least 4-6 months of nanny or Au Pair experience or who has studied (or who has significant experience) childcare, teaching or nursing. Cherry Blossom Au Pairs are able to take on more responsibility. Please be informed that our standard placement process entails an approximate lead time of 12 weeks.
